How to update the index? ​

After XF 2.0 came into existence, I can't update index on my stories, previously It was fine, you can just copy the page URL and insert into index number but now when I click on Pound(#), instead of showing URL, it directs me to the same page. I don't know how to deal with this anomaly, if some mod or sup-mod can help me in this regard that will be highly convenient.

PS: If you can PM me that will be highly appreciated.

Permalinks were removed in XF2.
For getting links, you can click on share button at top right corner of a post


There are bunch of option option available to share > click on copy icon, it will automatically copy the code the clipboard.



Now since you got the code. You can insert the link in any post via "insert link" button in editor.
