Ironically, India have rested one of their most fittest players, but even in his absence this appears to be a formidable T20I side. With Rohit Sharma in the form of his life having scored nine international centuries this year, there would be a lot of expectations from the stand-in skipper. All eyes would be on Shivam Dube who is making his T20I debut. Bangladesh look deflated in the absence of Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan who was recently banned. However, this gives an opportunity for others in the team to showcase their skills and make a name for themselves. Bangladesh as we all know have come close to the finishing line against India in this format quite a few times, but never have they ever gone past it. 8-0 stands the scoreline.

Pitch report: Looks a very hard Kotla wicket, no big cracks or dryness on the track. There's a hint of green tinge too, hence the ball will come on to the bat nicely. "Don't think the spinners will get much help from this wicket," reckons Sunny G. Chasing would be an ideal option with the dew factor coming in, he further adds.
