I was thinking on making a seperate thread but then I thought maybe this one will help me out.

I have been reading stories on this site. I wrote one mine too. Recently, I started looking for horror based stories in the English section and surprisingly I couldn't find a single one. Why is that?

Why genres like horror, thrill are getting lost? I want to write a horror story in English but looking at the responses I don't think it will stand out anymore.

shayad unhe baki geners jyada pasand aa rhe hain... ya koi aur wajah ? mujhe to nhi lgti....
aur dusri wajah ye bhi ki esi kahaniyan abhi bahut km h baki geners ke mukable...
shuruaat krni hi hogi...

ap likho kahani interested hui to jrur response milegaa...
haa utna nhi jitnaa other geners pr h pr adjust krnaa pdega

Incest is dominating all the other genres. Well, my first story was incest too so I won't blame it XD
But, yeah I think it's now high time where these genres must be explored. Also, when are the contests happening? I think I can add my story there if not in the general English section.
