As an Indian ham Superhero genre mei kya lack kar rahe hai. Story, Direction, Producer or Actor's Commitment.

To be honest if we observe then we have some characters in our scriptures that we can use them as a Superhero material for Ex-Ravan's Son Meghnad.

He is mighty like his father so why indian writers make any kind of superhero movies on them with some twist and turn.

Reasons
1. Yahan log religion ko leke over sensetive hain, bhale hi kuchh bhi bura na dikhaya jaye par religion related cheezo pe ho halla machne ki sambhavna rahti hai shayad isliye producers avoid karte hain
2. Superhero ki badi audience desh me maujood hai jo ki latest no way home ki success ne prove kar diya hai par vo audience naye aur desi superhero ko utna hi pyar degi uski koi guarantee nai
3. Sci-fi banane me zyada kharcha aata hai aur success ki koi guarantee nahi so producers uspe paisa lagane pe avoid karte hain
4. Yahan production houses ka one and only maksad zyada se zyada paise kamana raha ha, so tadke wali movies hi zyada banti rahengi
5. OTTs specially ab netflix se hi koi ummid hai ki vo kisi Indian superhero ko le aaye

Well yeh baat hai ke Religious sentiments kaafi tod marod ke bhi dikhaya gaya hai iske wajah se sometimes as Oldest Indian Culture ko kaafi bad way mei show kiya jata hai. Like we have examples of Series like Gandi Baat on ALT Balaji. They show something out of the blue with our Oldest Indian Culture that is why may be audiance is sensitive. But we have some positive points also.


If we look in online portals like this or any other we seriously have some amazing writers who can write something very well though stories but to bad for them Indian Cinema Industry don't want to take some risk.

As for Superhero We still have amazing characters like Shaktimaan, Nagraj and some other characters from Raj Comics and some other Indian Comics.

We can use them with new fresh rebooted start and make our one Cinematic Univers but no one wants to look at it.

HR tried with Krishh but some audience like it and some not just because some of the action sequences are copied from Hollywood action movies.

Then we saw a so pathetic Superhero named as Flying Jatt. I mean seriously one of Jatt friend was so angry at that time when she wathed the movie in theatre.

In the sense Krishh is still better Superhero than Flying Jatt.

About Netflix I seriously think they will show any good point Superhero content with Indian Culture. Like whenever I saw some series on Netflix India it feels like they are running some propaganda against Indian Culture.

Same gose with Amazon Prime also.

Yup actually main ne suna tha ke ek time par koi person tha jo Raj Comics ko buy karna chahta tha lekin Unhe sell karna hi nahi tha. Like agar sell nahi karna hai toh Partnership mei toh kuch karo.

Doga ki ek Shortfilm main ne YT par dekhi hai jo recently launch hui thi and i say ke low budget ke baad bhi unhone quite well exicute kiya hai.

Yeh toh hai ke Raj Comics ke characters ko janne wale ab bade ho gaye hai aur abhi ki generation ko yeh pata bhi nahi honge characters.

Chota Bheem aur Motu Patlu ka naam bhi mat lo buddy. Well main Indian Animators ko hate nahi karti hu. I respect them a lot after all we provide open service to other big game and animetion studios in worldwide.

But if we look towards indian animation then it's really sucks. In old days we used to watch Cartoon like Tom and Jerry, Oswarld, Power Puff Girls, Courage The Cowardly Dog and many more but today you can't even find these gems on TV.

But when this Chota Bheem started the kid audiance who watches that pathetic shows are behaving like idiots.

I mean seriously how can someone gain strength by eating a Laddoo and Samosa.

Disney made animation movies for kids and older generation also. If we took their animation movies then as a kid you will loved it but if we look through mature spectrum of view then you find that each character had their own point of view towards the story.

Same gose with Japanese Animation and Manga Industry. You will find that in each Anime/Manga they just love to show how beautiful their culture is. But whenever I see some Indian Animation I feel really sad for the Animators.

One of my relative work in Indian Animation Industry. He always look kind of disappointed that he can't do anything about these.

Star wars The Clone Wars animated series dekhi ho shayad aapne kahne ko to animated series hai but kids se zyada adults pasand karte hain use
Same anime me Japan aur allover world me kids se zyada adults pasand karte hain anime

Ek cheez aur hai jispe log dhyan nahi dete
Most of the animated series and even movies are just 'Advertisments for selling toys and goodies' because jin characters pe movies/series banti hai unke owner toys and character k print wala other stuff bech k zyada paisa kama lete hain
Aaj kal koi kid Nagraj wala bag ya pencil box nahi kharidega (coz bikta hi nahi), shaktiman wala bhi shayad na kharide par Moti Patlu ya Chhota bheem wala hi kharidenge (kyuki uske advertisement yani shows dekhte hain ghar pe TV pe)

Indian animators can do better but unhe support kon karega
