Can you please make a section where writers can post separate messages of posting update...
It would be convenient for both reader and writer...the writer have a great and single place where they can announce of their updates and reader too will be in comfort Their will be no need of checking each threat for updates...
If possible please...make a shoutbox where we can declare updates and readers too will get comforted

No.. They can post it on status messages on first page.. Also readers can subscribe to the thread by clicking on watch thread then they'll get all notifications about that thread... Separate section for this is a very bad idea.
