Assuming that you just want to create a simple index.
You can see a #1 (denotes Post number) written on the right hand side of the post .Put your mouse on that link and Copy that link using right click of Mouse or by long pressing (may be 2-3 secs) on mobile.
Now for the coding part .
Simple Index
Update - 1
when you write Update - 1 now select this written term whatever you name it which is in Bold.
After the Font Family you can see a tab which looks like a Chain if you take mouse over it it will display as Link.
After selecting Update -1 (or whatever name you have given this phrase ) click on Link and a new window will appear and ask for url , you can paste that post link which was copied (as mentioned above which reflected Post Number)
Click on Insert after pasting
You are Done !!!!!!
But if you wish to have a Table / Raw / Column kind of Index then its a bit tidy but will look awesome.
For creating a table you need three codes mainly 'table','row' and 'col'
First you have to begin with the 'table' code . It should be within third brackets []. Now give the 'row' code within brackets , followed by 'col' code in brackets. Now give the url code as I have explained earlier. Follow the earlier steps to the point. Then give the 'col' code within bracket preceded by a '/' sign. Then same for 'row' , must be preceded by a '/' , and then the 'table' code preceded by a '/' .
Here I created a single row and a single column table like this
But at the moment this is not allowed on this forum as using those BB code option is not available.
